Building public awareness and revenue for a leading wildlife conservation charity

The Wildlife Heritage Foundation (WHF) works hard to protect big cats from extinction. Its remit also covers raising awareness of critically endangered cat species and helping to fund conservation projects around the world. WHF had identified the potential of using an online channel to augment its activities but only had a single page website containing contact details.

“The substantial revenue generated online and the additional public exposure have really benefited the work of the our charity, allowing us to do more to save big cats.” - Mark Edgerley WHF

Over a period of two years Greenhouse has worked closely with WHF to develop its online channel. Donations and sponsorship mechanisms were delivered early on and between them have attracted over £120,000 of revenue in just two years.

To attract visitors and search engines we developed content publishing tools that in combination with the fantastic editorial efforts of Mark Edgerley and his team have led to a content-rich and fun website. Where else do tigers blog about their aromatherapy?
